How long does delivery take?
All orders made before 2pm Monday – Friday will be dispatched on the same day via Express Australia Post. Any orders made after 2pm will be shipped the following business day.
Australia Post - Express offers a delivery time between 1-3 business days across Australia. Regional areas may take 2-5 days. Please notify us of any special delivery instructions to ensure quick and safe delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery, a card will be left and your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer FREE shipping for all Australian orders over $200.
A $10.50 flat rate is charged for Australian orders under $200.
International orders are a flat rate of $40AUD.
Do you provide tracking?
Once your order is packed and ready to go, you will be notified via email. This will include your tracking number, where you will be able to see the movements of your parcel online.
Arch does not accept responsibility for lost orders. We only post items to provided addresses and PO boxes.
